TESTS
Standard:
Scans the assembly for continuity and shorts.
Resistance:
1 kOhm to 50 kOhm (with Standard Test Board)
Capacitance:
Capable of testing Capacitors between 0.1µF to 470µF
Diode:
Capable of verifying correct anode/cathode orientation.
Special Test:
Analyzer test points can be used to initiate a "black box" test. Analyzer then scans for return results on one or more test points as programmed.
Unused Pins:
Prevents extra circuits from being installed on multilevel build fixtures.
Buss Bars:
PASSŪ software allows input of bussed contacts.
Detection Switches:
Accommodates special fixture detection switches, which may be tested opened or closed to insure fixture integrity.

BASIC FEATURES
Data Logging:
Battery backed-up memory stores error data. Data may be uploaded to a PC for further analysis via an RS-232C serial port.
Program Storage:
Battery backed-up memory retains up to 32 programs.
Detailed Errors:
Errors are displayed using names chosen by the programmer for clarity.
Communications:
Two RS-232C ports allow for printing, program downloading, networking and data retrieval.
External Devices:
The Analyzer Control Port contains 8 open collector drivers, handling up to 0.5 A at 24 VDC each, to control external devices. The Control Port can also control accessories capable of providing up to an additional 1024 open collector drivers.
Audible Tones:
A variety of user programmable tones for error notification and special events.
PROGRAM
Generation:
PC compatible PASSŪ software observes most standard industry practices to generate test program. PASSŪ allows full utilization of all analyzer capabilities. Test programs can also be created using a known good harness.
Loading:
Programs are transferred to the Analyzer from a DynaCard II program cartridge or downloaded from a PC using an RS-232C serial port.
