Relay Module

The Relay Module simplifies external device control. When connected to a Dynalab Analyzer Control Port, this device provides isolated, high-power switching capabilities. If needed, an external power supply can be connected. The Single Relay Module is a complete turnkey solution for activating external devices - such as relays or locking fixtures.

 

 
  • Screw terminals allow for quick and easy wiring. Control Port cable is pre-wired to the proper terminals.
  • Key switch is included to manually activate the relay.
  • Design isolates the Analyzer Control Port to protect it from accidental over-current damage.
  • LED indicator visually confirms operation.
  • Heavy duty DPDT relay and connectors are capable of switching up to 8 Amperes. Surge suppression protects the relay contacts when controlling inductive loads.
Note: Suppression devices limit the maximum allowable voltage of the Single Relay Module. If higher voltage capability is required, the suppression devices may be removed.

Power Supply
DC Power Supply for powering customer supplied devices. It can be used with the Relay Module. The unit is a wall mount, unregulated, 12VDC (~18VDC no load), 800mA supply.
